If you receive an order that is damaged or not what you expected, please let us know at info@alittlecup.com and we’ll see what we can do. If you are not happy with your order due to personal preference, it is not suitable for return.
Yes, we can issue a full refund on an order if it is not what you expected or if it is damaged. You will need to email us at info@alittlecup.com with your concern and photo evidence of the order for us to review. Alternatively, we will replace an order free of charge if it is faulty.
Once your order has been placed and payment received, you will not be able to exchange, unless there is something wrong with the item(s) received. In that case, we ask that you contact info@alittlecup.com to arrange a refund.
On our website, you have an option for 1st class or 2nd class delivery, both of which will be sent out within 2-3 working days of us receiving your order. You should expect to receive your order within 4-5 working days. Please let us know if you are still waiting for a delivery beyond this time and we will investigate. For Etsy orders, postage is 1st class and not tracked.
