  • Can I return my product?
    If an order is damaged or faulty, please arrange a refund via If you receive an order that is damaged or not what you expected, please let us know at and we’ll see what we can do. If you are not happy with your order due to personal preference, it is not suitable for return.
  • Can I get a refund on a damaged or wrong order?
    Yes, we can issue a full refund on an order if it is not what you expected or if it is damaged. You will need to email us at with your concern and photo evidence of the order for us to review. Alternatively, we will replace an order free of charge if it is faulty.
  • Can I exchange an order?
    Once your order has been placed and payment received, you will not be able to exchange, unless there is something wrong with the item(s) received. In that case, we ask that you contact to arrange a refund.
  • How long does my order take to arrive?
    On our website, you have an option for 1st class or 2nd class delivery, both of which will be sent out within 2-3 working days of us receiving your order. You should expect to receive your order within 4-5 working days. Please let us know if you are still waiting for a delivery beyond this time and we will investigate. For Etsy orders, postage is 1st class and not tracked.
  • How much is postage?
    We have charges for different delivery methods on our website - 1st and 2nd class. For overseas orders, this cost is higher and is mailed as standard class. For Etsy orders, shipping is free as it is factored into the product cost. We offer free shipping on orders over £50.
  • Can I track my order?
    The orders are only tracked if you request them to be so, for an added price. As a small business, our default is not to track packages due to the higher cost.
  • Do you ship abroad?
    Yes, we ship abroad. The only exception is the USA due to insurance restrictions. You will find our rates on the website.
