Ingredients

  • 6 teaspoons loose or 5 tea bags of Desert Island tea

  • 1 bottle red wine or 700ml cider

  • Sliced apple pieces

  • Vanilla extract

  • Sugar to taste

Preparation

Method


Step 1

Pour wine or cider into a pan and put on a low heat


Step 2

-Place in loose tea or tea bags


Step 3

Add in vanilla extract and sugar to taste and apple pieces for garnish


Step 4

-Cook until hot and steaming (then leave on a low heat to keep hot)


Step 5

Strain and serve
