Iced Tea with a Kick!
Ingredients
100ml Coco Chilli Mint tea concentrate*
25ml Coco Chilli Mint simple syrup** (optional)
Choice of milk (optional)
Vanilla extract
Ice + Mint leaves for garnish
Preparation
-*For the concentrated ted:
-Brew 8 teaspoons Coco Chilli Mint tea in 800ml water for 3-4 mins, strain and leave to cool
**For the simple syrup:
-Take 150ml of the concentrated tea and heat in a pan with 150g sugar until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a
jar/bottle and leave to cool
Method
Step 1
Add crushed ice into shaker with a
handful of mint (clap the mint leaves
in your hand to release the flavour!)
Step 2
Pour on your simple syrup and
concentrated tea and shake!
-Strain + pour into glass
Step 3
Top with water (or milk) and garnish
with a sprig of mint
