Hot Chocolate Alternative with a Kick!
Ingredients
150ml Coco Chilli Mint tea concentrate*
Milk of your choice (steamed or heated in a pan)
Sugar or syrup to taste
Preparation
*For the concentrated tea:
-Brew 8 teaspoons Coco Chilli Mint tea in 800ml water for 3-4 mins.
- Strain and leave to cool
Method
Step 1
Add concentrate into a mug with choice of sweetener if required
Step 2
Heat or steam milk and pour over concentrate
Step 3
Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder
Step 4
(alternatively: Heat milk in a pan and add in 4 teaspoons of tea - or 2 tea bags. Bring to the boil to infuse and
strain into a mug)
