Coco Chilli Mint-Tini

Warming martini cocktail


  • 100ml Coco Chilli Mint tea concentrate*

  • 25ml Coco Chilli Mint simple syrup** (optional)

  • 50ml vodka

  • 25ml kahlua

  • Vanilla extract

  • Ice + Mint leaves for garnish


*For the concentrated tea:

-Brew 8 teaspoons Coco Chilli Mint tea in 800ml water for 3-4 mins, strain and leave to cool

**For the simple syrup:

-Take 150ml of the concentrated tea and heat in a pan with 150g sugar until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a

jar/bottle and leave to cool


Step 1

Add crushed ice into shaker with a handful of mint (clap the mint leaves in your hand to release the flavour!)

Step 2

Pour on your simple syrup, vodka and kahlua + stir

Step 3

Add in concentrated tea and shake!

Step 4

-Strain + pour into glass and garnish with a sprig of mint
