Zesty Lemon Drop Cocktail
Ingredients
150ml Zing It Back! tea concentrate*
25ml Zing It Back! simple syrup** (optional)
50ml gin
25ml Cointreau
Vanilla extract
Lemon juice
Lemon wedges for garnish
Preparation
*For the concentrated tea:
-Brew 8 teaspoons Zing It Back! tea in 800ml water for 3-4 mins, strain and leave to cool
**For the simple syrup:
-Take 150ml of the concentrated tea and heat in a pan with 150g sugar until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a
jar/bottle and leave to cool
Method
Step 1
Add crushed ice into shaker with the lemon juice, gin and vanilla
Step 2
Pour on your concentrated tea, simple syrup, cointreau + shake!
Step 3
Mix granulated sugar + a little water in a dish and twist glass rim in the mixture cover rim
Step 4
Strain drink + pour into glass
Step 5
Finish with a wedge of lemon
